Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieure en agro-développement international à l’ISTOM (Angers, France), Eolia Lemercier est recrutée à l’IRD et accueillie à l’ISRA-BAME depuis 2023. Elle appuie à la coordination du projet Santés-Territoires, en effectuant les tâches suivantes :
- Assister le Coordonnateur dans la coordination et la supervision de l’ensemble des activités du projet
- Définir et organiser le calendrier des travaux et projets d’activités en concertation avec le coordinateur et les partenaires
- S’assurer du lien effectif entre les différentes composantes du projet au Sénégal (Gestion des connaissances et la Ruche de projets)
- Suivre les livrables et le respect des échéances
- Participer aux différentes Représentations du projet auprès des autorités, des partenaires extérieurs
- Appuyer à la rédaction des rapports périodiques d’exécution du projet (trimestriels et annuels)
- Participer aux Comité Scientifique et Comité de Pilotage ; préparer les rapports et les états financiers, tenir le secrétariat des comités et participer à leur préparation.

Holder of an engineering degree in international agro-development at ISTOM (Angers, France), Eolia Lemercier is recruited at IRD and welcomed at ISRA-BAME since 2023. She supports the coordination of the Health project - territories by carrying out the following tasks :
- Assist the coordinator in the coordination and supervision of all project activities
- Define and organize the schedule of work and activity projects in consultation with the coordinator and partners
- Ensure the effective link between the different components of the project in Senegal (Knowledge management and the Project Hive)
- Monitor deliverables and meet deadlines
- Participate in the various representations of the project to the authorities and external partners
Support the drafting of periodic project implementation reports (quarterly and annual)
Participate in the Scientific Committee and Steering Committee ; prepare reports and financial statements, maintain committee secretariat, and participate in their preparation.
