Titulaire d’un Master 2 recherche en sciences politiques de l’UCAD, d’un diplôme de journalisme au CESTI et d’un Master 1 en Communication des organisations, Oumar Lo a emmagasiné une expérience de 7 ans en journalisme et communication des organisations et communication pour le développement
Oumar Lo a travaillé comme communicant au bureau régional de Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie, au bureau régional de l’ONG Save The Children, au bureau Sénégal du Programme alimentaire Mondial et à l’Observatoire national de la parité avant de venir au BAME-ISRA en juillet 2022 où il occupe le poste de Chargé de la communication (Projet PRCI).

Holder of a Master 2 research in political science from UCAD, a degree in journalism at CESTI and a Master 1 in Communication of organizations, Mr. Oumar Lo has accumulated an experience of 07 years in journalism and communication of organizations and for development, including 02 and a half years in an Agency of the United Nations System (WFP).
Oumar was the Communication Manager of the National Observatory of Parity (ONP) before coming to BAME-ISRA in July 2022 where he held the position of Communication Officer.
