Thierry FERRÉ, Ingénieur agroalimentaire et titulaire d’un Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies en Écologie. Chercheur de l’unité de recherche INNOVATION au CIRAD, il est accueilli au BAME depuis 2021.
Sa thématique de recherche porte sur les processus d’innovation dans les petites et moyennes entreprises agroalimentaires et sur les systèmes agroalimentaires localisés (SYAL).

Thierry FERRÉ, Food Engineer and holder of a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Ecology. A researcher in the INNOVATION research unit at CIRAD, he has been hosted at BAME since 2021.
His research theme focuses on innovation processes in small and medium-sized agri-food enterprises and on localized agri-food systems (SYAL).
